The food had enough variety for me as a vegetarian. The salads were plentiful! meat eaters certainly seemed very happy (i noticed only one fish option per day). the staff was friendly and helpful. costa, a nice young man around the pool area, assisted with any extras we wanted! the pool area bar was good too.

The restaurant offered a nice variety of foods. I saw enough options to please different tastes. they have a good selection of salads available at lunch and dinner, and fresh fruit was also available. drinks are accessible throughout the day at the different bars.

the animation team provided very good entertainment with shows every day. the hotel provided a free shuttle bus down to the beach. the animation team is so active, always keeping guests entertained! there are spaces for children.

the hotel is close to restaurants and shops with taxis available at cheap prices! a short taxi ride gets you to old town and naama bay. i found its location quite convenient. this hotel is centrally located.

the hotel manager made sure to talk to and acknowledge guests, and the staff were very friendly! costa from guest relations was always on hand and always smiling. ahmed abdelnaby at the reception was attentive. several staff members were really nice too help me.

The room wasnt clean enough, i saw some dust in corner. the air conditioning worked not good, it made a lot of noise and didnt cool down. some staff members were unhelpful when i asked about directions. also, i expect a hotel to have better wifi. It was slow and frequently disconnected.

i liked that the hotel had several pools to use. the food selection was varied daily, and there were outdoor grills available.
the bathroom decor seemed outdated and a bit worn. i noticed that the sealant was applied unevenly. the shower curtain had some yellow stains. it felt a bit unpleasant.
